Our sincere thanks for all the effort that went into our very successful Farm Auction on Mar. 15, 2008. Every aspect of the sale from initial contact, photography, inventory listings, concessions, Porta Potties, helped in setting up...and the actual sale went without any hitches. Both auctioneers were very professional in bringing in good prices. Rick's pleasant mannerisms and reputation were why we chose him initially. His professional execution of the sale certainly stands out in our minds reaffirming we made the right choice. His kind comments as he started the sale were very gracious. The advertising was thorough and effective. Yes, it is an upfront cost, but having active, interested bidders there is what we wanted and got. The telephone calls from five states, in response to the advertising were impressive. There were many calls every day as soon as the advertising came out. The clerking, and follow-up documentation has been outstanding. Several callers commented positively on the website. The fellows working at sorting on the trailers did a good job bunching things to makes sales. Rick was always available on his cell phone, irrespective of where he was. For us, this was a once in a lifetime event and it went extremely well.

During the fall of 2002 we were named the executors of a large ranch estate. We met with Rick about selling the personal effects of the deceased.
