All bids
submitted online to RK Statewide Auction Service are
subject to the following conditons:
1. Bids must be received 1 day
(24hrs) prior to the start of the auction.
2. Bids submitted online are subject to the
same bidding agreement as a live bid. Although
every effort has been made to describe in a
conscientious and honest manner the items at this
auction the auction company and owner make no
warranties or guarantees or accept liabilities for
errors or omissions. All items sell "As Is
Where Is". Questions regarding this
agreement should be answered prior to submitting
your bid.
3. Bids submitted online will be
placed in competition with the live audience in the
same manner as if the bidder were present at the
auction.
4. Online bidders are
encouraged to submit the maximum amount they would
pay for the item. Buyers attending the auction
will receive precedence in the event of a tie bid.
All online bids will remain confidential and bidding
will start, as usual, at the auctioneer's estimated
market value price.
5. Bidder acknowledges that the
auction company or its employees will not be liable
in the event an online bid is not received or placed
at auction. We'll do our best, but we make no
guarantees...
6. Winning bidders will be contacted
the day following the auction and payment
arrangements will be made at that time with the
auction company.
