PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

TOWNSHIP 17 N, RANGE 47 EAST

 Section 28

S2    +/- 320 Acres of which +/- 286.2 Acres are enrolled in CRP through 2010 with an annual payment of $8,420.00, the balance of +/- 33.8 Acres is grassland.

Section 29

ALL    +/-640 Acres of which +/- 617.5 Acres are enrolled in CRP through 2013 with an annual payment of $16,339.00, the balance of +/-22.5 Acres is grassland.

Section 33

ALL    +/- 640 Acres of which +/-552.6 Acres are enrolled in CRP through 2012 with an annual payment of $14,815.00, the balance of +/-87.4 Acres is grassland. 

 Section 34

ALL    +/- 640 Acres of which +/-277.1 Acres are enrolled in CRP through 2011 with an annual payment of $8,296.00, the balance of +/-362.9 Acres is grassland. The majority of the grassland in this Section is fenced for grazing.

  

CRP CONTRACTS

The contracts will transfer to the buyer as of the date of closing.  Buyers agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the CRP agreements for the remainder of the contracts.  The 2008 CRP payment will be pro-rated from date of closing.

 

A title commitment has been ordered and will be available, at their request, to prospective buyers for inspection prior to sale day.  The above may or may not be the proper legal description; it was taken from the McCone County tax receipts.  The above does describe the property to be sold.
